Vino in Gdo aggiornamento a Gennaio 2008
Sul numero 430 di GDOWEEK sono stati pubblicati i dati vendita in gdo, dati IRI Infoscan, il vino continua, come tutte le altre categorie merceologiche, a faticare segnando un + 1,1% a volume ed un +3,4% a valore e raggiungendo 588,66 Milioni di LT ed il 1.325,00 Milioni di €. Le buone notizie vengono però dai vini DOCG, DOC e IGT, e come formati dallo 0,75.
On n° 430 of GDOWEEK, were pubblished sales data of the wine in the massmarket, IRI – Infoscan data, wine market continues its slowly grow, scoring a +1,1% by volume and + 3,4% by value; reaching 588,66 Milions of LT, and 1.325,00 Milions of €. The good news come from DOCG, DOC and IGT wines, and by format from 0,75 bottle.
Come abbiamo detto la crescita del mercato è trainata dai vini di qualità, dallo 0,75 che bilancia l’arresto della crescita di bag in box e brick, quest’ultimo più che altro statico o in leggero decremento, e la perdita dei grandi formati. Tra i tipi di vino è da segnalare la crescita dei vini bianchi, ma i rossi continuano a costituire il segmento più rappresentativo in termini di volume/valore. Le succesive informazioni riguarderanno proprio i vini rossi.
The market grow is pulled by quality wine, and by format from 0,75 that balance the stop of growing of tetrapak wine and the decrease of all other format. It must be undelined the grow of the white, but the red one are still the heart of the marke both for volume and value. The next informations will talk about the red one.
Vediamo dunque dove si vendono per canale e per area geografica i vini rossi DOC, DOCG e IGT, infine alcune informazioni sulle referenze più alto vendenti, misura che a mio parere è limitante nel senso che parliamo di referenze che hanno una distribuzione differente, per cui le vendite totali sono influenzate soprattutto dalla distribuzione, io utilizzerei invece le vendite per punto di ponderata, per confrontare le varie referenze, detto queste le 10 referenze più altovendenti pesano solo il 10% del mercato sia a valore sul totale dello 0,75 DOC/DOCG. Tra queste troviamo 5 Chianti, 2 Morellino di Scansano, 1 Lambrusco, 1 Teroldego e 1 Cannonau. (è anche da ricordare che Corvo Rosso e Santa cristina, due tra le referenze più alto rotanti e vendenti sono IGT anche se hanno un prezzo di vendita spesso più alto di molte DOC o DOCG).
